Wellness advocate, cancer survivor, and former international model Bidanya Barassa has unveiled her latest initiative, Better Living, a wellness brand grounded in nature, science, and the pursuit of intentional living.

The official launch is scheduled for Saturday, May 24, 2025, at a private brunch event at Meko Restaurant, located within Kwetu Nairobi, Curio Collection by Hilton.

The launch will bring together over 70 guests, including media professionals, wellness influencers, and health-conscious tastemakers.

According to Barassa, Better Living is more than a wellness brand, it is a movement aimed at inspiring holistic well-being across mind, body, and soul.

“Better Living is where healing meets purpose, where science meets spirit,” she said. “We are creating space for people to reconnect with their bodies, with the earth, and with the wisdom that’s always been within them.”

The brand is anchored on three main pillars:

  • Healing Through Nature, featuring plant-based, evidence-led wellness practices inspired by African traditions and global science.
  • Conscious Living, promoting mindfulness in relationships, health, work, and the environment.
  • Community and Connection, building nurturing spaces for collective growth and healing.

Guests at the launch can expect a curated wellness menu, a live sound bath and grounding ritual, and a preview of upcoming Better Living products, retreats, and community programs. Barassa will also host an open conversation about her personal journey and the inspiration behind the brand.

With a career spanning fashion, media, and entrepreneurship, Barassa now serves as the Managing Director of Top Image Africa, which operates in 12 countries.

She also leads the Bidanya Elite Club Mentorship Program and continues to inspire through her advocacy for wellness and healing.

“Better Living is not just a supplement line,” said Barassa. “It’s a soulful call to live better, every single day.”
